Mission Statement
The purpose of this blog is to track my progress through Crossfit style training over the course of the next few months. The catch is I no longer have a permanent traditional gym so I will be using minimal, non-permanent equipment and body weight exercises such as ropes, sandbags, slosh pipes, stones, sprints, etc... in an attempt to get faster, better conditioned, and maybe even stronger. Hence the name of blog. It is meant to convey the spirit of what I am doing. Get stronger using myself and natural movements/implements (mostly). Here are some starting stats:
